Last year a friend of mine had a band called Phase Zero. Even though the band was short lived they seemed to be enjoying themselves doing what they do best. We were only able to catch two of their shows, but during one I actually thought to bring my camera along. It was one of those small venues and rather magical for me because I was able to move freely about and behind the stage with my camera. The lighting was enough to allow for some decent shots. These were are a few of my favorites…

Smoke Run

I am feeling like a little Paris today so I thought I would post one of my older ones. My muse and I were enjoying a cafe’ creme at the bistro when this chick pulls up on an enduro, high heals, purse and hair. She was on a mission to go get a pack of smokes at the tobac shop next door. All business she dismounts walks in walks out with tobacco – lights a smoke and gets back on her bike and took off. Her high heels, purse nor her hair were affected by these activities as she rode that bike like she was born with one.
