Taking an image of an object or a person using a camera has always fascinated me. When you have an image of a certain point in time or place where you once stood, it makes everything come back to you. Sometimes you can even recall other details of that day such as the weather or conversations had at the time you pulled the shutter.
Mom gave me my first real camera when I was 12, it was a Pentax K1000 35mm SLR. The K1000 holds a prominent place in the living room as I love that camera still.
